About Nashville's Pool & Spa
Nashville's Pool & Spa is a pool and spa company serving Nashville and 64 more towns across 12 counties of Middle Tennessee — and we stake our name on how the work goes.
A pool is the largest thing most people ever build in a yard, and the industry sells it from a brochure. Our builders design for the site — the clay, the water table, the access — permit and bond the electrical, and hand it to a service schedule that keeps it clear.
What we do
- Engineer for the site. Soil, water table and access looked at before the shell is chosen; a pool on clay is engineered for it.
- Permit and bond. The permit, the barrier and the electrical bonding inspection, every pool.
- Write the service schedule. Weekly chemistry, cleaning and equipment checks by the visit, on a day that holds.
What we will not do
- Quote a pool without seeing the yard. Excavation, access and drainage decide the price, and none of them are visible from a brochure.
- Skip the bonding. Every metal part in and around the pool is bonded, or the water can carry current.
- Let the chemistry drift. A service visit reads the water and adjusts it; a green pool in August is a missed week.
What we actually work on
What pool builders handle — construction, weekly service and repair, and what each one covers.
The pool and spa problems Middle Tennessee homeowners bring us most often:
- Water level dropping every week
- Plaster rough or stained
- Pump running loud or not at all
- Green no matter what you add
- Want a pool but no idea of cost
- Hot tub that will not heat
Who does the work
Every pool crew we run works under the Tennessee contractor’s license the job value requires and carries liability insurance on file with us; the service technicians are certified pool operators.
Beyond the paperwork, the test is how somebody handles the part of a pool and spa job that does not go to plan — the honest call when the estimate has to change, and whether you hear about it before the work or after. The pool contractors who stay with us are the ones who have passed that test on jobs we know about.
Why we do not publish reviews yet
No reviews on this site yet — a company this new has none to show, and pool builders already sell from renderings enough.
Where we work
Pool contractors and service technicians serving Nashville also cover Franklin, Brentwood, Murfreesboro, Hendersonville; the range is 65 towns in 12 counties. Each of the main cities has its own page — what its houses mean for pool and spa, who issues the permits, which neighborhoods are inside the run.
If you want to understand the work before you speak to anyone, our pool and spa guide covers what drives the price, what your options are and what a badly done job looks like — written so you can judge any pool contractor in the region, including us.
Who we are
Owned by Michael Blair and run by him, Nashville's Pool & Spa says nothing on this site he will not answer for. The pages rest on the working practice of pool builders, Tennessee code and manufacturer documentation, and are revised when those change; posts appear under his name and are dated. Our pool crews are licensed, insured and held to the promises on this page, with Nashville's Pool & Spa standing behind what they build.
For a pool contractor, us included, verify.tn.gov confirms the Tennessee contractor’s license; ask to see the certificate of insurance well before the excavator arrives, and check the city page for your town to find its permit office.
